Tech-Steel Facility

* 120,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility with 40,000 sq. ft. serviced by three 10 ton bridge cranes with 64' span and 600 ft. travel.
* 100,000 sq. ft. production area and 2,500 sq. ft. of office space.
* Light fabrication area of 21,000 sq. ft. serviced by six 2 ton hoists.
* Material storage - outside 7 1/2 ton bridge crane with 60 ft. span.
* Production equipment includes CNC drill line, CNC beam coper, CNC plasma table, two band saws, tree iron workers, five hydraulic punches, cambering machine and nineteen welding machines (stick, mig and sub-arc).
* Enclosed blast facility with indoor shop priming.
* Wheelabrator.
* AWS quality control program with independant audits.
* AISC quality certification for steel building structures (STD).
* Experience in shop assembly and shipment of trusses up to 24 ft. deep and 200 ft. long.
* Fabrication of commercial and industrial projects over 3,000 tons.
* Furnish and erect structural, miscellaneous steel, joist & deck for complete steel packages.
*Average number of production personnel: 75.
